WooCommerce Appointments is translation-ready. Text domain: woocommerce-appointments.

Before you begin

How it works

Translate plugin strings with Loco Translate or Poedit. Translate products and emails separately when using WPML or Polylang. Availability rules are global — use language-specific products if hours differ by locale.

Included language packs

Partial or full packs ship for: de_DE, es_ES, fr_FR, nl_NL, he_IL, it_IT, sl_SI.

Loco Translate (recommended)

1. Install Loco Translate
2. Loco Translate → Plugins → WooCommerce Appointments
3. New language → pick locale → save to System or Custom (not Author — updates overwrite Author location)
4. Translate strings and save

Poedit

1. Open languages/woocommerce-appointments.pot from the plugin
2. Create woocommerce-appointments-xx_XX.po
3. Save .po and .mo to /wp-content/languages/plugins/

WPML / Polylang

Works with WPML and Polylang + WooCommerce Multilingual:

• Translate appointable products
• Translate email strings in String Translation
• Availability rules stay global — use language-specific products if needed
